Two New Releases!

A very good morning to all of you. I hope you're all enjoying a relaxing weekend!

Yesterday I released two new prints to the Matthews Aviation Art store! The first, of course, was the Thunderchief artwork I've been working on, which I decided to call "Bringing the Thunder."

It's been well received in the Facebook groups I belong to, and I'm really happy so many people seem to like it.

The other piece I released today is this one, which I call "Across the Great Divide."

I recently gave one of these to the father of one of my best friends for his 80th birthday. He was a Security Specialist at Whiteman AFB, here in Missouri, and guarded B-47s while he was stationed there. I'm kind of surprised it's taken me so long to getting around to releasing it so it can be enjoyed by other people, too. Better late than never, I guess....

In Other News...

I thought you might all like to know that over half of the limited edition prints benefiting the East Mississippi Veterans Foundation have been sold! In fact, many of those who bought them are subscribers here, and I am truly thankful for your patronage and support.

I'm hoping we can sell many more copies of "Phantoms Inbound Key" in the near future, because there's a second print featuring 67-0438 that I'm really looking forward to releasing. But, not until we've sold all of the first one. I'm very proud to have participated in raising funds for this plane's restoration and display at the memorial park!

Well, I believe that's it for today. Feel free to leave comments if you'd like. Until next time, be well, enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Safe skies!
